Directed To:

All heads of departments and directors of departments in the various
 executive positions or candidates to fill the positions of members of
 senior management.

Target:

Equipping and developing the participant with the knowledge, skills and
 behaviors that help him to transform from an executive manager in the
 middle and supervisory management to a strategic leader by introducing him
 to the functions of the manager and the role of leadership in the strategic
 process and bringing about change and development.
