All members hold leadership positions (senior, middle, supervisory).

All members are candidates to prepare leaders at all levels.

Target:

The acquisition or distinction of the participant in the program with
 the knowledge, skills and behaviors that help him in the light of the new 
administrative leadership in the field of administrative scientific functions 
and the use of methods that help to prepare the second row in the organizations
 and in a manner that avoids the organization falling into the problems of the absence
 of a second row in the organization in order to ensure the progress of work.
